Thom, I’m currently using a recurring revenue model with premium recurring upsells and also one time lump sum projects – also for a landscaping company. The combination of base service (maintenance) plus one time projects (6-8 hour clean ups) as well as recurring premium add ons (power washing, deck sanding, and other maintenance tasks people don’t want to do or cannot do) is working well so far! Thom, the article echoed exactly what I’ve been thinking in terms of this recurring cashflow trifecta (base recurring, premium recurring add-ons plus one-time lump sum projects using same assets). Looking forward to reading more of your articles! — Dan Hodgins
